After-Sales Policy

In strict accordance with the national three guarantee policy, the company performs three guarantee obligations for the products sold. We promise that if the following conditions are met, the products will be returned without reason within 7 days from the date of sale (subject to the actual receipt date), replaced within 15 days, and repaired within half a year.


Under the following circumstances, goods return and replacement and warranty service will not be handled:

◆ Any products sold by physical stores or online stores without the authorization of Dongguan Haoye Electronics Co.,Ltd;

◆ Products that have passed the warranty (products beyond the three guarantee period;

◆ Product quality problems caused by unauthorized maintenance, man-made misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid inlet, accident, change, incorrect installation, or tearing, altering labels and anti-counterfeiting marks;

◆ The external package, accessories, gifts and instructions of the product are incomplete, and the invoice is missing or altered;

◆ Non product quality problems, such as compatibility problems, dissatisfaction with color, appearance, shape, etc;

◆ Normal wear and tear of products;

◆ Problems caused by the color difference between the pictures taken and the real objects.


Warranty principle:

◆ Within one year and beyond the three guarantee service period, if product failure is caused by non-human activities, we will provide free maintenance services (only a small amount of component fees will be charged);

◆ If the warranty service period is exceeded and the product quality is not a problem at the same time, we will provide charged maintenance services (only appropriate charges for maintenance and components);

◆ The accessories such as free gifts, packaging, cable, etc do not accept warranty services;

◆ Warranty service does not include transportation costs and does not provide door-to-door service.


Quality identification principle:

The return, replacement and warranty repair of products shall be handled only after the manufacturer's designated or authorized after-sales service center confirms the fault is true.


Procedures for return, replacement and warranty:

◆ Users can dial the national unified service line of Haoye Electronics+86 769 8933 8868 or log in to the official website "Service Support" and fill in the corresponding information in the "Online Message";

◆ When the customer service sees the user's application, it will arrange staff to communicate with the user then handle the relevant matters;

◆ After confirming the handling of relevant items, the user who returns or replaces the goods have to collect the products, packaging, gifts (if any), accessories, bills (need to be stamped with the official seal of the dealer) to the place designated by our company (or mail them at his own expense) within four working days. After we receive the goods and check and verify that they are correct, we can go through the subsequent procedures;

◆ In addition to the above provisions, users of warranty and repair must fill in the product warranty card and affix the official seal of the dealer;

◆ After the completion of relevant after-sales service procedures, the company or authorized dealer will handle the refund for users who return or replace the goods within one week (the refund will be directly entered into the refund account filled in the application form by the user). For users who guarantee the repair and warranty, the company will complete the repair and mail the products to the place designated by the user within 15 working days (the postage will be borne by the user).
